Semi-private training is designed for any two people training together. This option is ideal for those looking to train together to increase motivation and decrease cost. The training programs for each person are tailored to each individual so the two individuals do not necessarily have to be of the fitness level or share the same goals. This is ideal for couples, co-workers,falimily members, teamates or friends who can train at the same time.
We offer 60 minutes and 30 minutes Express sessions so you can choose the option that suits you best.
