Kimerafitness specialises in building lean and athletic bodies whether the purpose is competition of simply looking our best. We train clients of all ages and training levels, from the complete beginner to the professional athlete.  The Kimerafitness Training Philosophy is based in the following principles:

1. CREATIVITY: movement is a universal language that can only be limited by the imagination. We look to challenge our bodies and minds through the various tools of fitness.

2.VARIETY: we bow loyalty to our students and clients not to rigid training methods. We keep an open mind and pay attention to the whole universe of human movement.

3.TECHNIQUE: paying attention to form is essential to prevent injuries and make training efficient. In the Kimerafitness Philosophy each repetition matters and it is the our most important duty to make sure that the exercises are being performed correctly.

4.DISCIPLINE: there is no progress without perseverance. Finding our training flow, our drive, our personal inspiration is necessary to obtain great results.

5.EFFORT: we cannot always achieve our performance goals but we are always in control of our efforts. We look to always do our best with what we have and be the best we can be everyday we live.

6.FLOW: the ultimate feeling in training and perhaps life is to let go of time and space and exist only in the moment. To teach students and clients how to achieve a state of FLOW is the ultimate goal of the Kimerafitness Training Philosophy.
